RunCoach Jen here. I want to once again, welcome you to Run Coaching @ RunToFinish.com…I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

To better help me coach you properly, I would like to get to know you a little better. If you would, please, answer the below questions. When complete, simply click the ‘Submit’ button.

As always, your answers will be kept strictly confidential. For those sections in which you feel uncomfortable in answering, simply enter ‘NA’.


These are questions for the participant.
  • Do you have a race already in mind you wish to train for? If so, please let me know the race name, distance, and date of the race. Otherwise, answer 'NA'.
  • Please indicate your BMI, if you know it
  • Please list any present or past health or medical-related conditions you have/have had. Enter NONE if none.
  • On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your present fitness level?
  • Please let me know what activities you are presently doing, if any...jogging,weight training, etc.
  • At present, what distance can you consistently run without walking or stopping?
  • How much time does it typically take you to run that distance?
  • At any point in your past, were you athletic? Please describe.
  • Why are you doing this? What's your biggest motivation and expectations?
  • What obstacles do you anticipate having?
    Typically, your longest run of every week will be performed on the weekend. Based on your schedule, which day would you prefer to do your long run?
