My personalized training programs are ideal for the beginner and advanced alike, male or female.

Each personalized training program includes an initial consultation, customized run training schedules, unlimited correspondence, and more. I will personally design a training regimen around your present abilities and the goals you wish to achieve.

May I emphasize that your RunToFinish.com coach is not the flavor of the month…I will be your coach. The problem with receiving your running advice from a ‘coach on duty’, is just that…there is no individual commitment. It is my sole responsibility to develop your personalized training program and assist you throughout your training session.

All Personalized Training Programs include unlimited correspondence with me throughout your training. Additionally, I do provide limited one-on-one personal training sessions.
