5K Coaching


Jen pic5K Training is not only fun, it truly contributes to a better, healthier lifestyle. Although running a 5K is a great introduction to the inspiring sport of running, it does require training.

Far too often, you see 5K participates who struggle just to walk across the finish line. That may have been you at one time, but just imagine if that person would have had proper training, what a more enjoyable event they would have had.

Well, that is where I come in. My running advice, along with you following strict running techniques and workouts, will allow you to reach your goals.

Who is this program designed for?

This is truly a beginners introduction to running, and designed for anyone wishing to participate in a 5K. Pending your present fitness level, you should be able to follow my program and get from couch to running a 5K in less than nine weeks. There is no requirement, outside of making sure you have seen your physician and have been cleared to participate in such a program.

My Experience and Philosophy

I will personally customized a training program to get you from couch to 5K within nine weeks. My nearly fifteen years of running experience and several years of coaching will allow me to setup a routine fit specifically based on your present fitness level and your goals. I truly believe that not all runners are created equal. Everyone has a ‘hitch’, and runs at a different pace, and have different goals. Regardless of your ambitions, I will cater to your individuality.

The Program

Your individualized program will encompass a variety of different running techniques and workouts. You will NOT just be purchasing a training schedule; those you can probably find anywhere. With my program, the schedule will be tailored to your needs and I will be available throughout your personalized training session.

You will have unlimited correspondence with me throughout your training.

Incorporated into your training program will be an array of different running workouts. Pending your fitness level and experience, your program may include steady distance runs, hill-repeats, speed sessions, and lactic threshold runs. Some of the highlights of the training materials will have the importance of strength training, dieting, and other fitness-related topics.

  3. Personalized Training Schedule (6-9 weeks)
  4. Educational materials
  5. Unlimited correspondence with me throughout your training

How it Works

Upon signing up, I will have you fill-out a participant questionnaire. which will ask questions about your present fitness level to the goals you have set for yourself. After which, we will setup our initial consultation where I want to learn more about you and this will also provide you the opportunity to ask some initial questions. I will then work to develop your personalized training schedule. Throughout the program, when you have a question, simply email me; I will get back to you within 24-hours, usually its the same day.


The one-time fee for my
5K Training Program is $90
