Group Training
Hi, this is RunCoach Jen. I have been coaching others, just like you, for several years, and I would like to be your running coach.
Group Training is designed for ANYONE determined to get into better shape, run a 5k to 1/2 marathon, or simply better your next race time.
My Group Training sessions are not overly aggressive, though I will design the workouts around your capabilities and desires. There is no prerequisite on fitness level.
What’s included…
- Each week, we will meet three times
- Throughout the session, I will be implementing various running techniques and exercises
- I will put together weekly running training schedules, based on your abilities
- Each session will vary, and may include trail running, hill repeats, and/or track running workouts
- I want to make running fun, while helping you achieve your goals
